Corporation tax exemption petition for a professional body

Part of the team that successfully represented a national professional body in a petition that challenged a Government decision to decline its application for corporation tax exemption under the Income Tax Act. The petition also faulted the Government for failing to follow due procedure in arriving at its decision to decline the application.
