KES 53 million breach of fiduciary duty claims against former directors

Representing a Kenyan company in the High Court and the Court of Appeal in three related commercial suits against its former directors, associated companies and a commercial bank for breach of fiduciary duty, for the recovery of approximately KES 53 million.
