USD 50 million claim against a foreign government

Successfully representing a foreign government before the High Court of Kenya, the Court of Appeal of Kenya and the EACJ in a claim by a private party valued in excess of USD 50 million, overturning a consent judgment and setting aside orders attaching the government’s funds in Kenyan banks, effectively lifting the restrictions on its bank accounts.
