Setting aside a KES 7 billion arbitral award

Part of the team defending a Kenyan property company in a precedent-setting arbitral dispute concerning an award in excess of KES 7 billion, effectively setting aside the award of the arbitrator before the Kenyan High Court, defending the appeal in the Court of Appeal and thereafter seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court.
